SRE Engineer

You will build the foundations that let a growing commerce platform operate safely and confidently. You will work close to application teams to improve availability, observability, incident response and delivery speed.
What you’ll do
- ✦Own monitoring, alerting, logging and service-level signals for critical systems.
- ✦Build resilient deployment, backup, scaling and recovery practices.
- ✦Lead incident response, root-cause analysis and durable follow-up improvements.
- ✦Partner with engineers to make reliability part of everyday development.
What you bring
- ✦Experience operating production systems and diagnosing distributed-system failures.
- ✦Strong Linux, networking, cloud and infrastructure-as-code fundamentals.
- ✦Experience with observability, CI/CD, incident management and security basics.
- ✦A calm, systematic approach to problems and excellent written communication.
Nice to have
- ✦Experience with containers, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL or managed cloud services.
- ✦Experience defining SLOs and reliability practices for an early-stage product.
