Our user deletion pipeline safely cascades across distributed microservices in strict sequential order to ensure no orphaned personal records remain:
Order Service
Purges customer active carts, order lines, and associated delivery records.
Shop Service
Removes owned shops, merchant banners, team memberships, and ratings.
Search Service
De-indexes shop listings and customer search cache from Typesense cluster.
User Database
Permanently wipes user document, saved addresses, tokens, and studio requests.
